New Partner Announcement: GenM x Birdie & Claire

Our Partnership with GenM: Ushering in a New Era of Menopause Support and Innovation.

Birdie & Claire is pleased to announce it has secured its place as one of the partners of GenM, a collective that encourages brands to recognize and respond to the needs of perimenopausal and menopausal women.

What is GenM?

GenM was created with the mission to encourage brands to recognize and respond to the needs of the menopausal community.

GemM, the menopause partner for brands, was co-founded by Heather Jackson and Sam Simister, two businesswomen who found menopause hard to navigate, and suddenly felt invisible to brands and organizations with whom they had built loyalty over the years. Together, they founded GenM with a clear mission: to unite responsible brands and organizations to improve the menopause experience, normalize the conversation, and support underserved menopausal consumers and employees.

GenM Invisibility Report:

GenM's ground-breaking Invisibility Report uncovered a distinct lack of support, education, and knowledge about menopause, as well as the extent to which women in our society feel invisible. The report also revealed that 97% of menopausal women believe brands should work harder to cater to them, and over half wanted workplaces to be better set up to support them.

Birdie & Claire's Commitment:

As a progressive and responsible brand, we believe menopause should no longer be something to be feared and that women should enter this key life stage feeling supported and truly valued. So we've signed the GenM commitment to driving real change to 'the change.'

By aligning with GenM, Birdie & Claire has committed to being a voice for change and better representing perimenopausal, menopausal, and postmenopausal women.

We are encouraged and excited by the possibilities for collaboration and thought partnership with GenM and other like-minded brands. The learning and research will be invaluable to better serving our community, and we cannot wait for what is to come.
